Obama the smooth river of gold- Obama is smooth when ever he speaks and when he speaks its a ever flowing river and when you hear him he is leading down a river to riches.
Romney the black hole of emptiness- Romney has the ability to suck people in by what he is saying but at the end it is nothing that we can us.
Ryan the soothsayer of misfortune- he speaks as if he can lead you and change things for the better but at the end the mess you are in are worse then before.
Clinton the wide eyed donkey- always had the ability to make you look at something from a different point of view and he has always been a flagship for the Democrats.

Universally caring Obama- Though I'm not sure it requires explanation because it is not overly subtle, Obama is universally caring because of the flagship domestic policy of his presidency, Obamacare.

Robotic Romney- It seems that everything Mitt Romney says has been carefully crafted and extensively rehearsed, and he is really nothing more than a robot saying what he has been programmed to say.

Santorum the family man- Though I could have chosen a multitude of other, harsher ways to express my feelings about Rick Santorum, I have chosen to only comment on his obsessive focus on "family values." I think that most of what he says is influenced by antiquated tradition as opposed to logic and reason.

Fulfiller of children's dreams Supreme- The great anarchist Vermin Supreme's policy of giving every American a free pony would eliminate unhappiness from all of our lives and make every young child's dream come true.

The Mighty Merkel- Angela Dorothea Merkel is the first woman chancelor of Germany. She's been described as the world's most powerful woman, she's a tough lady so I think mighty describes her well.

Owl-Eyed Obama- I just liked the alliteration.

England's Elegant Elizabeth- I just really alliteration. Also Queen Elizabeth is pretty elegant and awesome.

President Putin the Destroyer of Punk Rock- A few weeks ago Putin arrested a protest punk rock band. Russia's great leader crushing the riotous youth and keeping Mother Russia safe.

Barack the Equalizer - Tries to deliver equal opportunities and resources for all that need them.
Mitt the Mysterious-Mouthed Magnate - Not the most truthful or consistent of men, but his business experience with Bain Capital and immense wealth put him in a position of high power and eloquence.
Ron Paul the Blind Eye - As a Libertarian, he would try to keep the government as much out of the peoples' business as he can (as in, turning a blind eye).
Balloon-bodied Kim Jong-un - He's fat. That's pretty much it.

Obama the Blame Shifter- Whenever President Obama is faced with a question regarding the present state of the economy, he often falls back on blaming everything on what he inherited from President Bush when he began his presidency. Four years have passed and the national deficit has only gotten worse, so it seems as though this answer is nothing more than a cop-out.

Biden the Filterless- He might be smart, he might be nice, and he might be a good person, but there really isn't any getting around it. Some things you just can't say when you're vice president.

Weiner the Revealing- Last year, Representative Anthony Weiner was the center of a sexting scandal.

Cuomo the Optimistic- Governor Andrew Cuomo's most recent State of the State Address in Albany had a dominant theme of building on the immense progress made in the past year in New York.

Silver-Tongued Obama - While there are many who do not agree with his policies, there is pretty much a consensus on Barack Obama's skill as an orator. "Silver-tongued" describes Obama's rich vocabulary, rhetoric, and command of his audience.

Hillary of the Iron Will - Hillary Clinton has overcome quite a few hurdles in both her professional and personal life. One does not have to agree with her to admire her seemingly infinite perseverance and ambition, products of her "Iron Will". Also kind of ironic, since her adulterous husband's name is William...

Godlike Kennedy - John F. Kennedy is not quite as modern a politician as the others mentioned here, but he seemed a perfect fit for the Greek understanding of the term "godlike", so I couldn't resist. While obviously not divine, he was attractive, athletic, powerful, rich, and popular with his inferiors, all qualities shared with "godlike" characters such as Achilles, Odysseus, Diomedes, Hector, and Sarpedon.

Andrew the Advocate - Andrew Cuomo is the current governor of New York, and he has been involved in programs and policies advocating for those suffering persecution and misfortune since the beginning of his career. He established Housing Enterprise for the Less Privileged, which not only houses but counsels and trains the homeless, as well as pushing for ethical standards and same-sex marriage in the New York State governemnt.

Obama The Man Who Can - Barack Obama's promises were always followed by the words "Yes we can", so he became the man who can

Failing Hunter Cheney - Instead of shooting at the game Dick Cheney "accidentally" shoots at his hunting partner

Sugar Hating Bloomberg - Michael Bloomberg wishes to end the sale of sugary beverages above 32 oz

Big Man Christie - The New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is astoundingly large, like Ridiculously LARGE

Romney the Ambiguous- Is he conservative? Is he moderate? It's impossible to tell sometimes with the way he goes back and forth on the issues.

Blagojevich the Buyable- He was arrested for trying to sell his senate seat.

Priebus the Inebriated- The RNC chairman sounds like he is drunk whenever he speaks against President Obama.

Biden the Motormouth- Without fail, every three months he says something that sounds completely ridiculous or bizarre that he gets his share of criticism.

Brad Klinkman said...

Romney the chickenhawk- He is so ready for military action against Iran but would not be willing to fight himself.
Obama the healer- His universal healthcare bill will help millions of uninsured people.
Biden the fool- His speech regarding putting "y'all back in chains" was foolish and it wasn't the first time.
Ron Paul the Auditor- Ron Pauls Audit the Fed bill will shed some light what the federal reserve is up to.

John McCain the Mummy - Clearly, he's very old...

Biden the Boring - He has the incredible ability of putting people to sleep during speeches.

Palin the Imbecile - She just isn't very intelligent.

Santorum the Lunatic - He's just a bit too radical in some of his ideas

Equality Defending Cuomo - Andrew Cuomo was an outspoken force for the marriage equality act in NYS.
Brown the All Seeing - Byron Brown pushed for the utility pole cameras that are now everywhere in Buffalo.
Hoyt, Champion of Trees - Sam Hoyt helped pass legislation to protect old growth forests like the one in Amherst.
Mitt the Melamine - Because I think Mr. Romney has begun looking as though he were carved from some plastic, and I like the way it sounded.

Newt the ambassador of the moon: Newt Gingrich has high hopes of colonizing the moon.
Hawk-eyed Palin: She can see Russia from her house!
Babbling Bachmann: Does anything she says make any sense at all?
The crafty wordsmith Obama: He can find ways to twist and sell his policies to the rest of America, even though they often have serious flaws.

Romney The Rich- He cares for the wealthy and the money he sits on.

Pit-bull Palin- Whats the difference between a pit-bull and a soccer mom? Lipstick.

Scandalous Spitzer- Former governor Spitzer had a rather scandalous encounter with a lovely lady.

President Hillary Pantsuit- Hillary Clinton is ALWAYS in a pant suit, but who doesn't love a good pantsuit.

Unknown said...

Perplexing Gillibrand- Even though her political party is the democrats, in the House she had more conservative and center-left policy ideologies.

Clinton the First- Hilary Clinton was the first former First Lady to run for public office and to serve in a president's cabinet.

Schumer the Actor- Always scheduling media appearances, he is the center of camera attention.

Quick sighted Cuomo- Would determine the position he would run for and the timing based on those candidates who would run against him, therefore ensuring himself a seat somewhere.

1) Mitt Romney, oath-breaker
* when your own campaign manager describes your campaign strategy as an 'etch-a-sketch', you have problems

2) foot-in-mouth Sarah Palin
* obvious epithet is obvious

3) Rick Santorum, lord-protector of abstinence
* Santorum is renown for his hard-lined ultraconservative stance on sexuality

4)Newt Gingrich, the infantile
* referring to his role in the government shutdown of the 90's

I'm not really a follower of politics but here it goes!

Far-Sighted Palin: She can see Russia from her window!

Dobby-faced Putin: come on! He looks like Dobby the House Elf from Harry Potter.

Multi-tasking Spitzer: You can be involved in a prostitution ring and be a governor at the same time! (for a while)

White-Macaca George (Allen): Don't call people of African-American decent monkeys and expect to be re-elected!
